The Sergiyev Posad City Court fined Trofimov RUB 10,000 under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (organization of mass simultaneous presence of citizens in public places that resulted in the violation of public order). On September 13, the journalist was reporting from a gathering of the residents of the Buzhaninovo village near the migrants' hostel.
