Additional information:

The detained employees of ABW.by (Avtobiznes) — editor-in-chief Yuliya Mudreuskaya and editor of special projects Yury Hladchuk — have been charged with criminal offences. This became known from the «penitential» videos posted on the pro-governmental Telegram channels. It is yet unknown what Mudreuskaya was accused of. Hladchuk was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them). The video shows them «confessing» to participating in mass protests in Belarus, while Hladchuk also repents of being a subscriber to «extremist» Telegram channels. On January 14, 2023, it became known that the Frunzensky District Court of Minsk (judge Alena Busheva) sentenced Mudreuskaya to 1.5 years of jail n the charge of participation in protests (Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
