In Ust-Kamenogorsk, employees of the Center for Social Services for People in Difficult Circumstances forbade the journalists of Inbusiness.kz and Channel 31 Zhanar Asylkhanova and Ruslan Akmataliyev, who came to the building of the public association Ak Ulpa Analary as part of a monitoring group, to film. They demanded an appointment, after which they literally forced the journalists out of the building.
