Alexander Roganov, who was holding an individual picket in support of political prisoners and persecuted journalists, and journalist Yevgeny Kurakin, who was nearby, were detained on Red Square in Moscow. In the evening, the detainees were released from the Kitay-gorod police station and a report was drawn up on Roganov for violating the order of the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
