The head of Marksovsky district Dmitry Romanov has filed a lawsuit against Kseniya Chernova for the protection of his honor, dignity, and business reputation. He demanded to recover RUB 1,000,000 and to publish a refutation of the phrase «waiting for another mischief», which, according to the plaintiff, had caused him prolonged depression. On April 27, the Marks City Court partially satisfied Romanov’s claims against Chernova. As moral compensation, she has to pay the plaintiff RUB 20,000 and cover all court expenses. In particular, Chernova was ordered to pay for a forensic examination about RUB 50,000.
