On March 31, Anhor.uz journalist Bobur Karimov reported that he had been illegally detained by security guards when leaving a market in Namangan. Having taken away his camera, they, with the assistance of traders, deleted video and photos of the sale of contraband tobacco products from the journalist's smartphone.
