The Dzerzhinsky District Court of Novosibirsk ruled to recover RUB 30,000 from blogger Ivan Frolov in the lawsuit of «insulted» Rosgvardia officers, as well as to pay another RUB 70,000 for linguistic expertise. The blogger had a conflict with the Rospotrebnadzor when, in November 2021, he was checking a shop for stale products as part of a test purchase and got into an altercation with the law enforcement officers who had been called there. He posted a video of the conflict on YouTube.
