An investigator interrogated Tatyana Peregudova, wife of Anapa-based blogger Andrey Melnikov, accused of «discrediting» the army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Peregudova is a witness in the case. The law enforcement officer who brought her a summons required her to sign a blank form.
