In Ulan-Ude, blogger Alexander Glebov was detained after he interviewed human rights activist Nadezhda Nizovkina. The police drew up a report on Glebov for «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Glebov was detained on the basis of an anonymous message, which was made at 4 PM — just when he was supposed to meet with Nizovkina. However, the meeting was delayed by half an hour. Nizovkina supposes that the special services found out about their meeting as a result of wiretapping.
