The Nizami District Court of Baku has arrested journalist Tofig Shakhmuradov for one month under Article 388-1.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan (publication by the owner or user of an information Internet resource of information prohibited by law «On information, informatization, and protection of information») for posting information banned by law on his Facebook account.
