The Klintsy city administration lost a lawsuit against Vladimir Shik, editor-in-chief and founder of Klintsy.Info. The reason for the lawsuit for the protection of the business reputation was the fact that Shik had published an article according to which the fair in Klintsy, which was to have lasted from July 7 to 13, continued on the 50th anniversary of October Square after that date. The officials were not satisfied that Shik emphasized the time of the fair, but didn't mention its prolongation till July 16. The Klintsy City Court partially satisfied the lawsuit, but the appeal court ruled in favor of the journalist.
