Moscow region journalist Andrey Trofimov was beaten and had his phone taken away when he tried to film the fire at Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius on August 30. He was restrained by security guards shortly after he followed the fire crews into the monastery. Trofimov intends to go to the police.
