The administrative court in Aktau dismissed the libel case against the well-known blogger Azamat Sarsenbayev. The initiator of the lawsuit was Duysenbay Dzhamalov, the principal of school №4 in Zhanaozen, who decided that the blogger Sarsenbayev, who published information about him on Instagram in June 2022, defamed his honor and dignity. In addition, according to Dzhamalov, the blogger accused the school principal of grave corruption crime. The court found no administrative offense in the blogger's actions.
