In Perm, near the newspaper Kommersant-Prikamye’s office, unknown people put dead and diseased fish and put up several posters, attaching one of them to a gas pipe. Environmental activists from the Boy Jong-Un organization, concerned about the environmental situation at the Perm Pulp and Paper Company, took responsibility for the action — the fish symbolizes the «ruined fauna» of the Chusovaya river.
