A court in the Vologda region fined the journalist of the newspaper Ustyuzhanochka Yury Sedelkov RUB 30,000 on several administrative charges for making negative comments about the head of Velikoustyug district Alexander Kuzmin. The comments were published on Sedelkov’s personal page on a social network, which Kuzmin put on his «blacklist» a long time ago. Kuzmin tried to bring Sedelkov to criminal responsibility.
