The court ruled to block the city portal Odintsovo-INFO and ruled that a number of materials on the website were banned in Russia. The lawsuit was filed by the prosecutor’s office, which was not satisfied with three news stories and four user notes, which, according to the agency, «contain calls against the war in Ukraine». Two of these publications were made in 2021. Denis Maidanov, a singer and member of the State Duma, filed a complaint against the website; one of the banned stories titled «Bloody money of Denis Maidanov» told about his fee for his performance at the «patriotic» festival «Soldier’s envelope» in Stavropol.
