On the morning of August 23, members of the art group Yav were detained. The journalist of the German TV channel ZDF Roman Shel was detained along with them. Later, he was released from the police station with a fine of RUB 500. He was issued a report on petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
