The court of Baranavichy district and the city of Baranavichy found Uladzimir Yanukevich, director of the publishing enterprises Intex-Press and Center Run guilty under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences (dissemination of information products included in the national list of extremist materials, as well as production, publication, storage or transportation with the purpose of distribution of such information products). The court fined Yanukevich 20 basic units (BYN 640) and ruled to confiscate the tablet to the state. According to Yanukevich, the administrative case concerned the PUE Center Run, which deals with advertising. During the search in Intex-Press, the law enforcers found on one of the tablets allegedly prohibited information.
