Additional information:

Law enforcement officers detained former journalist Larysa Shchyrakova; before that, they searched her apartment and confiscated her digital equipment. According to her relatives, the search was more like a pogrom, and no seizure report was left by the law enforcers. Larysa Shchyrakova was placed in the temporary detention center, and her under-aged son was sent to an orphanage. The reason for detention is unknown, relatives were not informed. Also, the detention center refused to accept the transfer of food and necessary hygiene products. Shchyrakova used to cooperate with the Belsat TV channel, but in 2021 she publicly announced that she was leaving the profession due to administrative pressure for her professional activities.
