In Khabarovsk, police detained the journalist of Sota.Vision Boris Zhirnov on «virtually empty» Komsomolskaya Square. He had a press card. Three activists were detained earlier at the same place and charged with violation of the order of participation in street rallies (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and repeat violation of the law on rallies (Part 8 of the same article).
