Andrey Kichyov, the journalist of RusNews from Arkhangelsk, said that after he was detained at an anti-war action on September 24, he was given a summons to the military enlistment office on September 30, and then expelled from the Arkhangelsk Waterways Technical School. The journalist’s phone was also taken away from him. The director of the technical school, who signed the expulsion order, argued the decision with the fact that Kichyov had not attended the propaganda lessons «Talks about important things». Kichyov claims that he applied to the director for refusal to attend them. The latter accepted the application, but then said that nothing was «actually allowed» to Kichyov.
