After publishing the journalistic investigation, the editorial office of Ziarul de Garda received two preliminary declarations in which the entrepreneur Alexey Giba and the Cashback Pro SRL company not mentioned in the article demanded a retraction of the information, a public apology and compensation for moral damage of MDL 100,000 (about EUR 5,000).
