For the second time, the Industrial District Court of the city of Vladikavkaz fined journalist Ruslan Totrov for "discrediting" the Armed Forces(20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation ). According to Totrov, the decision will be appealed. Currently, Totrov is not in Russia and did not pay the fine. A total of three protocols were drawn up on Totrov for "discrediting" the Armed Forces.
