Police officers in Moscow brought RTVI correspondent Alexander Pavlov, who is doing postgraduate studies, to the military enlistment office. A protocol of evasion from military service was drawn up on him. As it turned out, although Pavlov brought the necessary certificate to the military enlistment office, they forgot to move it from the old journal to the new one. Therefore, the military enlistment officers instructed the police to look for a journalist. The information in the new journal was updated and Pavlov was released. Siloviki (representatives of the law enforcement agencies) advised him "to carry a certificate with him at this time".
