The court in Chuvashia fined Eduard Mochalov, editor of the newspaper Vzyatka, RUB 30,000 for «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. The journalist was punished for a video of him published on the Internet, in which he calls on citizens not to participate in the war with Ukraine and mobilization.
