Ruslan Totrov, the journalist of the North Ossetian newspaper OsNova who lives abroad, was charged with «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was an image allegedly published by Totrov on Instagram. The journalist lives outside of Russia.
