Dilshod Boltayev was detained on the street during so-called raids on men of the conscription age. He had a six-month certificate of exemption from military service, but the journalist was detained anyway and brought to the military registration and enlistment office, where his certificate was annulled. The man was immediately sent to the location of the military unit for service.
