Ratel.kz editorial office received a complaint after the publication of the article «Ex-judge of the Supreme Court Zhanguttinov is right: 27 thousand dollars was not meant for him». One of the subjects of the article, Daulet Abdusapparov, believes that journalist Sergey Perkhalsky presented only one side of the conflict, stipulating him in advance. In a letter sent to the editorial office on October 21, Abdusattarov’s representative offers Ratel.kz to publish an apology and a refutation of the material that Abdusattarov was going to buy an apartment in Astana with the money he received from judge Turgunbayeva. If the editorial office fails to do so, Abdusattarov reserves the right to file a civil suit to protect his honor, dignity, and business reputation.
