The editor-in-chief of the Poltava-based online newspaper Kolo reported that she became a victim of bullying on the Internet after she published a news story about Poltava city council secretary Andriy Karpov. The official accused the journalist of distorting information. After that, Karpov's supporters started humiliating and insulting Tsirulnik in comments under his Facebook post.
