The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included Nevzorov in the register of «foreign agents». Journalists Alexey Venediktov, Sergey Parkhomenko, Artur Asafyev, Yekaterina Lushnikova, and Vladimir Voronov were declared «foreign agents» along with him. A criminal case was opened against Nevzorov under an article about «fakes» about the armed forces. His Internet resources are blocked in Russia.
