Gorno-Altaysk City Court fined Olga Komarova RUB 100,000 twice, and the newspaper Listok — RUB 300,000 twice. The Ministry of Internal Affairs found signs of «discrediting use of the armed forces in a special operation in Ukraine» (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) in several publications of Listok. A total of six reports under this article were drawn up against the Listok publishing house and Komarova. On April 12 and 13, the editorial office of Listok and the apartments of the employees were searched in the criminal case of «fakes about the army» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The newspaper publisher and columnist Sergey Mikhaylov was put under arrest.
