Ksenia Mironova and other former employees of TV Rain, as well as their colleagues from other independent media, were subjected to a massive spam attack on their cell phones. They began receiving numerous calls and text messages with registration confirmation codes for various services, including Gosuslugi, banks, and stores. Presumably, this was an attempt to hack into accounts. Journalists from TV Rain, Echo of Moscow, Bumaga, Mediazona, 7x7, The Village, and Republic, among others, reported such attacks.
