Mikhail Alfyorov, who is under house arrest on charges of incitement of hatred (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), was denied access to medical care. On October 14, he was hospitalized with an exacerbation of gastroduodenitis; he was discharged under the supervision of a gastroenterologist, but the investigator denied his request to see a doctor. On October 29, 2021, the Kirovsky District Court of Kemerovo again extended Alfyorov's house arrest. He is being prosecuted for his January video about the return of Alexey Navalny.
