Video blogger Andrey Rudoy said he received a summons to the Dzerzhinsk Department of Internal Affairs on September 19. Rudoy left for Kazakhstan after law enforcement officers tried to search his apartment without a warrant as part of an inquiry into the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) because of an anti-war publication in an opposition group.
