Denis Kamalyagin, the editor of Pskovskaya Guberniya, was subjected to one of the searches, during which on October 5 the law enforcement officers came mostly to the activists of the Golos movement. The searches were carried out in the case of Mikhail Gusev, an Ivanovo activist and election observer who had left Russia, under an article on «discrediting» the army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Gusev is being prosecuted for a post on his Telegram channel: he wrote that he emigrated «because he did not want to join the army of fascists and occupiers, which kills Ukrainian civilians and bombs residential buildings».
