Blogger Mikhail Alfyorov was detained in Kemerovo. Alfyorov managed to tell his acquaintances that the detention was connected with a case under the administrative article on incitement of hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation), the reasons for which are unknown. On September 25, 2022, the court arrested the blogger for 12 days. Presumably, it is connected to his detention on September 21 and the report under the article on incitement of hatred (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
