Additional information:

Between June 2020 and January 2021, journalist Gulbahor Tagayeva was twice dismissed by the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Saryagash. The journalist believes that the reason for the first dismissal was her remark about the publication of materials with grammatical, stylistic, terminological, and ideological errors and that the new editor should have paid attention to the lack of critical articles. The court then reinstated her to her former position. The second time, on January 8, 2021, the reason for her dismissal was her categorical refusal to comply with the editor-in-chief's demand to publicly apologize to her accountant, one of her correspondents, and several other people she did not know on Facebook. After the categorical refusal of the journalist, the editor-in-chief said that he would not let her work in the editorial office, and on January 8, he fired Tagayeva again. On March 8, the court declared her dismissal illegal and reinstated her in her position.
