Bakhrambek Talibzhanov, the journalist of the Astana TV channel, who arrived at the invitation of the Department of the Criminal Executive System of Shymkent city to see clearly the conditions in the penal colony, could not get inside. The security of the colony demanded from the journalist and the cameraman the result of a negative PCR test for coronavirus.
