In Pavlodar, the court considered a lawsuit for the protection of the business reputation of the penitentiary institution of ZhD-158/1 in Taraz against the human rights activist, working on the rights of prisoners, Yelena Semenova and prisoner K. Babayev. The plaintiff demanded a refutation of the information distributed in Yelena Semenova's Facebook post. During the consideration of the claim, a representative of the penitentiary institution received a statement of return of the claim, in connection with which the court left the claim without consideration.
