By the court order, blogger Azamat Sarsenbayev was brought to administrative responsibility for violation of «the rules of protection of plant and animal habitats, the rules of creation, storage, accounting and use of zoological collections, as well as illegal relocation, introduction, reintroduction and hybridization of animal species». As a punishment, Sarsenbayev was given an administrative penalty in the form of a warning. The reason was the video of pink flamingos on the lake Karakol, filmed with a drone.
