Two policemen came to journalist Dinara Yegheubayeva's house in the evening of September 15 and informed her about a phone call from a man threatening to detonate a device planted by him at Yegheubayeva's old address if the journalist did not apologize to him. The police officers asked Dinara to come to the police station as a witness in the criminal case to identify the caller's voice. Yegheubayeva suggested that it was some kind of warning, and the summons to the police is related to her professional activities. The journalist has been covering the January events, particularly torture victims, on her YouTube channel DINARION since January. The journalist also actively covers the war in Ukraine and expresses her position on early presidential elections.
