The journalists of the 24.kz TV channel complained that the judge of the district criminal court in Nur-Sultan I. Alkenov banned photo, audio, and video recording of the court sessions. Journalists cannot record even an online broadcast. The judge explained his decision by the fact that some of those present, including journalists, edit and then post court recordings on social networks, thereby influencing the judge.
