The Arbitration Court of the Vologda Region dismissed a lawsuit for the protection of business reputation filed by Shvabe-Severo-Zapad LLC against Nord Group LLC, the publisher of the online media GorodChe. The firm demanded to disprove the publication, which stated that it had supplied the TB dispensary with a fluorographic machine with a second-hand radiator, which could be dangerous for patients. The court pointed out that the phrases about the firm's activities were a statement of the opinion of an employee of the tuberculosis dispensary.
