A court in Kholmsk on Sakhalin fined the local newspaper Vizit, which republished the article by Grigory Yavlinsky on the need to stop the war against Ukraine, published on the website of the Yabloko party, RUB 200,000 under an article on "discrediting" the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The newspaper is threatened with closure, and its editor-in-chief, Sergey Fedorov, announced fundraising to pay the fine.
