Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg fined the journalist of RusNews Alexander Borisenko RUB 50,000 under the article on «discrediting» the Armed Forces (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). He was fined the maximum possible fine for reposting on social networks a video «about Ukrainian residents».
