On August 19, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister of Armenia Arayik Harutyunyan filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Daily Hraparak LLC, demanding to refute the information considered libelous and to pay compensation. The reason for the lawsuit was the article published on the Hraparak.am news website, owned by the mentioned LLC on July 31, which said that Arayik Harutyunyan and his brother, who owns a private company and takes the profitable projects, have an active role in managing the capital Yerevan. The lawsuit is being considered.
