The journalist from a local media was about to not be allowed to attend a meeting of members of the permanent commission of the Rivne City Council with businessmen in the building of the city light. The reluctance to see the press at this event was reinforced by the fact that no public announcements were made. The journalist learned about the planned event from her own sources. After a verbal altercation, a media representative managed to get to the event after all.
