Since April 27, at the demand of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the news website Caliber.Az has been blocked in Russia. Caliber.Az was told that «formally the website was not blocked, but access to only one page is restricted. However, due to Roskomnadzor’s lack of qualified IT experts and modern equipment, the website was almost completely blocked in Russia. The formal reason for the blocking was the repost, back in late February, of information from a Ukrainian resource about the bombing by the Russian army of the Kyiv neighborhood of Troyeshchyna. Figuratively speaking, due to the lack of a microsurgeon, instead of treating even a finger that was not sick, Russia decided to invite a general surgeon and amputate the entire hand».
