The Ministry of Internal Affairs found evidence of crimes under Articles 207.3 («fakes» about the army) and 280.3 («discrediting» the army) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in the statements of video blogger Yevgeny Savin, author of the YouTube channel KraSava. This can be read from the response of the Moscow department of the Ministry to the denunciation of State Duma deputy Roman Teriushkov, who called Savin «a soccer blogger and Ukrainian propagandist». The Ministry of Internal Affairs forwarded the materials to the Investigative Committee to decide whether to initiate criminal proceedings. On April 18, Savin published on his channel a video about the war in Ukraine with the participation of Ukrainian players and refugees.
