Additional information:

Khachatur Sukiasyan, deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Vazgen Saghatelyan, press secretary of the Armenian Renaissance party, and News.am LLC (founder of the News.am website), involved in the case as a third party, with demands to publicly apologize, refute defamatory information, pay compensation, and publish the court act on the case. The reason for the lawsuit was Saghatelyan's speech at the rally organized by the opposition in Yerevan, where it was mentioned, among other things, that Khachatur Sukiasyan was involved in the recently introduced licensing for checking the safety of gas cylinders for cars, and that the deputy uses the relevant governmental resolution for his own selfish ends. This statement was published by the News.am website. The lawsuit is being considered.
